Meet the IP Professionals

What?

Join this introductory event in London to meet two panels of speakers who hold various positions in the Patents and Trade Marks professions. Participants will attend both panels:

Panel 1 – Patents

Meet our panel of patent professionals to hear about their roles, how they got to where they are, and the highs and lows of their jobs. You’ll hear from patent professionals in a range of roles from industry and private practice – showing how you can work with patents in a variety of environments.

Panel 2 – Trade marks

Meet a panel of speakers who hold various positions in the trade marks profession. They will explain their roles and responsibilities and gave an insight into what each of them does and how their work and daily activities affect one another. The panel will feature trade marks professionals holding different positions showing how you can work with trade marks in a range of environments.

There will be a Q&A session at the end of each panel, for delegates to put their own questions to the panellists.  There will also be an invaluable networking session before we close where delegates can make connections and engage in further discussion on the topics discussed.

Who?

It’s aimed in particular at students and career-changers who are interested in working with patents or trade marks. For a career in patents, a STEM background is needed.

This event is for those age 18+.
